The Operations Coordinator works with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the daily smooth functioning of the organization. The Operations Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all incoming callers and visitors, as well as the staff for general office support. Furthermore, the Operations Coordinator needs to be self-motivated, able to prioritize and handle multiple demands simultaneously, apply sound judgment, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. This staff member must be able to work effectively with a minimum amount of direction and display acumen with respect to anticipating the needs of the organization.
